Prime Minister Narendra Modi is currently observing a special ritual as part of the preparations for the Pran Pratishtha ceremony at the Ram temple in Ayodhya. This ritual holds great significance as it marks the consecration of the temple and the installation of the deity.

According to reports, Prime Minister Modi is following a strict routine during this period. He is sleeping on the ground and consuming only coconut water. Additionally, he is closely adhering to the ‘Yam rules,’ which include practicing self-discipline and abstaining from certain activities.

As part of the ritual, Prime Minister Modi is also following a ‘sattvic’ diet, which involves avoiding the consumption of onions, garlic, and several other food items. The sattvic diet is considered pure and is believed to promote clarity of mind and spiritual well-being.

Meditation is another integral aspect of the 11-day ritual. Prime Minister Modi is dedicating time to meditation, allowing for introspection and spiritual connection during this significant period.

On January 12, Prime Minister Modi declared the commencement of the ritual, expressing gratitude to everyone for being able to witness this historic and auspicious occasion of the Ram temple’s Pran Pratishtha.

The Pran Pratishtha ceremony will be conducted on January 22, with Prime Minister Modi serving as the ‘yajman’ or host. Pandit Lakshmikant Dixit, along with a group of priests, will carry out the rituals of the Pran Pratishtha at the auspicious time of 12:30 pm.

The Ram Lalla idol, sculpted by Mysuru-based sculptor Arun Yogiraj, was brought to the temple on Wednesday night and positioned in the sanctum sanctorum after a puja ritual. This idol holds immense significance for devotees and symbolizes the presence of Lord Ram.

Over 11,000 people from across the nation and abroad, who have been invited by the temple trust, will be present to witness the consecration taking place on Monday. This gathering reflects the widespread devotion and enthusiasm surrounding the Ram temple and its significance in the hearts of millions.

The Pran Pratishtha ceremony at the Ram temple in Ayodhya is a momentous occasion for the entire nation. It represents the culmination of a long-standing aspiration and the realization of a cherished dream. The meticulous observance of rituals and the dedication of Prime Minister Narendra Modi exemplify the reverence and respect for this sacred event.

As the nation eagerly awaits the Pran Pratishtha ceremony, it is a time to come together in unity and celebrate the rich cultural heritage and spiritual legacy of India. The Ram temple stands as a testament to the values of harmony, tolerance, and peace, and its consecration will be a moment of pride for the nation.

Let us cherish this historic occasion and embrace the spirit of unity and devotion that it represents. May the Ram temple in Ayodhya serve as a beacon of hope and inspiration for generations to come.
